Strategic and service design · Oslo, Norway
Hello, there!
I'm Alice.
I currently work with service design in the Municipality of Oslo. With a background in psychology and UX, I'm now specializing in strategic design. I am particularly motivated by complex organizations, where I help connect user needs, business goals, and organizational realities to drive meaningful and lasting transformation.

A little more about me
Always curious.
Always learning.
Psychology, service and UX design, and newly strategic design. Different perspectives, brought together in the way I approach my work.
My experience with the Municipality of Oslo spans advisory work, project management and design. It has been a journey of challenging myself, trying things, and learning along the way.
I believe learning is a lifelong process. There is always something new to understand, a different perspective to consider, or another way to grow.
